As someone that used to EDC, I was taught in the class to try to deescalate and blend in. A person with a concealed weapon should not put himself into the middle of a dangerous situation unless he is ready to draw and fire.
The point is, law enforcement was on the scene and this bozo made himself part of the problem and not part of the solution.

Ah. But one thing to consider. At that moment, it wasn’t beyond a reasonable doubt the intended apprehension was of a proven illegal. They are apprehending folks of legal status and even come citizens. Fact.
