What did Pretti do to get shot?
That was a massive massive frick up. He did nothing illegal in that video. It was swarmed and pepper sprayed. Nothing illegal

Resisting while armed with a deadly weapon

He was disarmed already.
Resisting ? Sure about that?

He brought a gun to obstruct law enforcement from doing their job.
Just think, if he would have stayed home.
fricking Idiot

Its probably not a good thing these people are deceased but its hard to sympathize when people playing in traffic get hit by a car. The outrage is quite absurd.

Didn’t take much for you guys to change your tune on celebrating people getting killed after acting holier than thou following the Kirk shooting did it?

What do you call trying to get up when several officers are trying to get you on the ground to handcuff you? That is the very definition of resisting.

Interfering with an ICE agent by putting his hands on him is not illegal?

These bitches can’t contain one guy with eight people.

You guys keep repeating this like it wasn't literally two seconds before he was shot, and the shooter had no idea the other agent took the gun in those two seconds.

It was a 20-second scuffle

It probably wasn't a good idea but he was legally carrying his weapon. Exercising his 2nd amendment right.
"staying home" is probably not something many of us would do if we felt wrongs were happening and we had an opportunity to protest. Even though I don't agree with him.
The WSJ did a frame by frame analysis of what happened to Pretti. He was killed by officers who were either panicking or wanted blood. It's a bad look.

The "bad look" is interfering with federal officers doing their job. All the fighting, ignoring lawful orders, resisting, etc. That's the "bad look".

They both got what they deserved. He brought a gun and had no business being there as an agitator. If he was not there then none of this would have happened. Play stupid games and win stupid prizes.

Rules of engagement. Gotta use kid gloves and hope the agitator doesn’t resist. At least, up until a weapon is spotted.

this board is filled with disgusting people like the OP who celebrate people getting killed. I hope the OP is 12 years old and thus can be excused for this despicable behavior.
The fact that this board tolerates it...

I did not realize Charlie Kirk was resisting arrest while carrying a "VERY" loaded weapon!! Please, correct me if I am wrong.

It's both, good Lord some of you are so incapable of nuance it's frightening.
Yes running around the streets filming agents is a risky thing BECAUSE said agents are very capable of shooting you unjustifiably. Which is what happened here
Again, if you're interested in seeing for yourself, look at all the videos and you'll clearly see he wasn't attacking an officer.

quote:You, of course, are correct. The left has been on a big 2A recently in Minneapolis, with reports all over [thanks reddit for stoking that fire with their posts].. how they each should be packing... with the motto 'The 2nd Amendment, it's for everyone, not just morons (conservatives)'.

A pastor once reminded his congregation - wrong place, at the wrong time. It took several things for this to happen, most were decisions the victim made.
