No one is raising him. Look at his hair.

He should be held accountable, but he never had a chance. Parents are absent in more ways than one.

Somehow, like everything else, this is our fault.

Little Feller in Mad Max had talent with that sharpened boomerang.

The kid in this pic could be a girl.

Who knows?

I was on my way to work just now and this black gal - maybe 25 - was walking in the rain with a baby in tow.

I pulled over and asked her if she wanted a ride to which she accepted. She was headed to the bus stop which was easily 2 miles away.

So I ask her what she was doing up so early and she said she was on her way to the food stamp office because her food stamps were cut off in early January b/c they thought she was working. She said it was "so stupid" for them to have cut them off I told her there is a lot of fraud in the food stamp game and she said "nuh uh" so I just nodded my head.

Anyway, drop her off at the bus station which happens to be near my building and zero appreciation nor a simple thanks Maybe this duck killer is her kid.

I'm sure you're correct, but I think there's more to it. Proper social upbringing is critical for normalcy, but some folks are born psychopaths. Most kids would never consider stomping a duck to death......

At least eat it if you're going to kill it.

You have a good heart, but I wouldn’t do that again.

Good point. Some people have terrible upbringings and become productive citizens.

What he did isn’t something that most kids do, regardless of how they were raised.

Years ago I was working with a beer supervisor in the 9th ward. In a bullet proof talking to the owner through the glass and this little kid comes running in (store was on a busy street). Kid is wearing nothing but a diaper. He tosses a quarter in the tray, looks up at the owner and says "snickers". Owner says johnny you know its two of those...........

The boy points his finger and says "look mfker I said snickers". Owner starts to come out, kid goes running out of the store. Owner says, I would not strike the boy, I know his mom, pregnant with him at 12. Now he is being left with who knows doing who knows what. Never had a chance and gonna grow up one angry person.

And on it goes.....
