The investigation raises broader questions about where protest rights end and where protected spaces begin.

Hint for the DOJ attorneys... a church is not a public forum and is private property.

Jesus came to give His life as a ransom for all those in a broken world who would believe upon Him for their salvation. Broken world comes into a church looking for attention to their broken world from those whom Jesus came to save, but not from the very one who can actually save them and their broken world.

Not to listen and be saved, but rather to lecture from their own brokenness, and this is why they will remain in a state of disrepair in their broken world.

His cries will go unanswered by a rudderless Justice Department led by an attention seeking c*nt, who doesn't want to work, but act big, talk tough and give interviews to feed their vanity.

A) the are not protesters. These are Marxist agitators

B) what about the individual citizens that are being illegally detained, harassed, and incited against by the same agitators

Time to bring in every FBI agent, Federal Marshall, ICE agents, DOJ prosecutor and military available to round up illegals and communist insurrectionists.

Sadly, every person in that mob knows that no local jury will ever convict them of anything.

Not sure how you fix that.

They never explain it, but I figure something like this is the origin story for Escape from New York and Escape from LA. Just wall Minneapolis off and let the lefty people there do what they want inside.

I know the cops were given stand down orders, but I wonder if they were called. Cause a lawsuit will help fight this.

No. The judiciary in these cities and states are just as compromised as the politicians. It is the reason most of the elections lawsuits from 2020 went nowhere. They were thrown out before discovery by bias judges. We are rapidly approaching the point only bloodshed will make a difference but a good start would be for the Feds to defund all of these cities and states.

Hate crime statute: 18 US Code 249
"Whoever, whether or not acting under color of law, willfully causes bodily injury to any person or, through the use of fire, a firearm, a dangerous weapon, or an explosive or incendiary device, attempts to cause bodily injury to any person, because of the actual or perceived race, color, religion, or national origin of any person—"

If bodily injury occurred to anyone at that church the federal hate crime statute would be met, if not probably no violation there.

"the term “bodily injury” has the meaning given such term in section 1365(h)(4) of this title, but does not include solely emotional or psychological harm to the victim;"

If they beat up anyone to force their way in they are cooked.

If not Dillon will have to look at other statutes to go after the political agitators involved.

Just because you are a Christian doesn't mean you have to turn both cheeks and just let this happen. They do shite like this because they don't expect the church goers to defend the church.
