"Ole Miss is waiting on the buyout to get paid before they do anything.
He has a buyout and LSU has yet to agree to pay it.
It can't come from a booster but has to come out of their rev share pool which may or may not be tied up in other contracts."

Sounds like there are different interpretations of whether a buyout is paid.
Maybe we should just let him unenroll and enroll at LSU and tell Ole Miss to sue - make our day.

If revenue sharing is tied up surely there is a way to renovate one guy and take that amount from his revenue sharing and make it up to him in more NIL

It doesnt matter this is more about Ole Miss playing games so that LSU uses the revenue sharing money. Like Lanes is not going to find a way to get more Ole Miss players

Sure but if we are now talking buyouts he should be able to sign with OM and still enter the portal. I don’t see how OM can stop that. We might end up with the school getting sued instead.

He is not an OM employee, he is a student and OM must submit his paperwork within 2 business days of his notice or else they risk NCAA action. They can sue him for breach of contract if he does not pay his previously agreed to terms, but we will buy him out and much more. This is just sad at this point, release the kid and let’s all move on

That's not how that works. They have to enter his name within 48 business hours of him giving them notice.
