Welfare scams are a way of life for some people and nobody holds them accountable.

That's the end and gist of it. Why not do it? State is going to be 10-15 years behind you if at all. You have entire communities that do this. Let me just name you a few.
Somalis in Minnesota
Hasidic Jews in STL
Persians in DC
Check/Russians in DC/BALT with home health scams.
Indians in Houston and DFW.
Our recent Hispanic invaders.
They been stealing you blind for 30 years. Why stop now?
Dems yell and scream if you even mention Fraud and Abuse in these programs.

Everyone is scamming and hustling
It’s the middle class going to work everyday that is the suckers funding all of it and being leeched off of.
Shite should infuriate everyone. While your healthcare costs skyrocket, the scammers keep popping out kids for more Medicaid and food stamps and EITC benefits

A guy I worked with in a past job makes well over $150,000.
He pays some ratchet chick a few hundred a month so that he gets a subsidized apartment that she qualified for but he lives in.
He was working a no-show job for a government contractor and driving their car while getting mileage reimbursements for that contracting company’s car from his “main” job.
And he’d steal from department stores.
It is a way of life.

One of these don’t belong, and you left out the group that the welfare state was created to cater to and have been abusing it the longest.
