And where is that grade from? He played one full game last year - the first game of the year against Central Michigan. He left the second game of the year against UTSA with an "apparent" leg injury and then redshirted the rest of the year.
The year before that, he earned all Sun Belt honors; however, the only team worth a damn that TSU played that year was Arizona State. I have no idea what his grade is from that game. Everyone else on that schedule was @ss.
Before TSU he was at ULM. In 2022, they played Texas and Bama. In 2023, they played Texas A&M and Ole Miss. Wonder what his grades are from those games.
Forget the grades. I pulled up the 2023 ULM vs Ole Miss game on Youtube. He ain't it - but then again, I'm not a scout and it's just my opinion.

I don't have an opinion on those two and also I'm not a coach, scout, or talent evaluator. I guess my opinion is worthless; nevertheless, I have one.
I just happened to research the Lockette guy on the internet for a little bit.
brettamadee posted a link from someone who's in the football business that thinks highly of the guy so I say go with that.
My POV is that a 90+ PFF grade against weak competition isn't the same as a 90+ PFF grade against legitimate P4 competition, which is why I mentioned the Texas, Bama, A&M, and OM games.

We are going to need depth and this guy probably doesn’t start but you always have injuries on the Oline as we have seen year in and year out. Wouldn’t make a back backup OG

According to the link provided by Brett, he had an 87.2 off grade against Arizona State.
