Crazy he's just a freshman, dude has so much ability and talent lane may turn him into something special. Might not matter who else they sign kid looks the part. I know it's FCS competition but you can't teach natural athletic ability.

247Sports has Clark ranked as a three-star transfer (85), ranked as the 975th player in the portal, and ranked as as the 75th QB in the portal.

So…

Bad news: he’s a QB2.

Good news: he’s got three years of eligibility left so hopefully Kiffin can polish him into a diamond over time.

I saw him staring down receivers most of the time, but he has a cannon of an arm and great wheels.

He has alot of passes where the WR has to break their stride to catch the ball. Those windows only get tighter in the SEC. But nobody is perfect and if anyone can get him where he needs to be, it's Lane Kiffin

There are two plays that caught my attention. The first was around the 7 min mark where he was getting blitzed up the middle and got rid of the ball quickly to the TE for a touchdown and the second play was around 8 min mark where he avoided what could’ve easily been a sack and turned a qb scramble into a TD run.

Wouldn't mind recruiting that 6'4" soph receiver to come over with Clark

He’s an incredible athlete and has the arm.

Just needs to go from an athlete to a Qb. He played both ways in high school. He’s finally getting the chance to really develop.

He will be the starter next year. Don’t be surprised if he beats all the other qb transfers out

He presumably will have better receivers to throw to at LSU. It will be interesting to see how he progresses

Who cares about a ranking. If this was his high school tape, he’d probably be ranked #1 dual threat QB and starting like Underwood

Chambliss was ranked a 3 star, 870th prospect and 60th qb in the portal. And hes probably played himself into 1st round pick
