Let's rewrite Star Wars film production history

As we know, the movies went like:
A New Hope (1977)
Empire Strikes Back (1980)
Return of the Jedi (1983)
-
The Phantom Menace (1999)
Attack of the Clones (2002)
Revenge of the Sith (2005)
-
The Force Awakens (2015)
Rogue One (2016)
The Last Jedi (2017)
Solo (2018)
The Rise of Skywalker (2019)
-
Mandalorian and Grogu (2026)
Starfighter (2027)
Clearly the biggest missed window was 1983-1999 when Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher were still the appropriate age to do the sequel trilogy with the new Jedi order. Heir to the Empire (1991) introduced Thrawn, Mara Jade, etc.
The second biggest missed window is 2019 to present where there's nothing good happening in the films, although Andor was good.
Where do they even go now with future trilogies? The abomination sequel trilogy killed off all the likeable characters and no one likes the new characters or their actors.

Yes, Carrie Fisher was def. on Coke and getting a trained wrecked by Chewbacca or Harrisson Ford depending on the year.

I don't want to even think about it anymore. Disney f'd up shite so badly and will never let the franchise move onto better hands. I have zero faith it will ever get back on track, and I hate thinking back to what could have or should have been.

This is the worst part. The universe was ripe for thousands of great and compelling stories and instead "somehow Palpatine has returned."

And just think, that was the "corrective" reaction to the previous shitshow of space horses, Rose (f her sorry arse), Luke turning into an a-hole quitter, Snoke being NOTHING, and blue milk being drank from a space cow. F Rian Johnson! F Kathleen Kennedy! F Disney!

True, they destroyed generational heros and villains by bringing their versions back to the big screen.

Thrawn would have been such a sick villain for the sequel trilogy, and they could even have made it about the cost of bigotry if they wanted, as an alien who rose through the ranks of the empire and had unparalleled success despite it.
Should have combined the Thrawn trilogy and a few things from the Jedi Academy trilogy with Luke rebuilding the order. Painful to thnk about what could have been.

If the same prequels were done in the late 80s-early 90s (at least the story of Obi-Wan, Anakin, Luke's mom, and the clone wars) who do you think would've played Anakin and Obi Wan.
Imagine like Corey Feldman or River Phoenix as Anakin. Alyssa Milano as Padme?

You know how there’s three Indiana Jones films? Well, there’s six Star Wars films.

I would hope he would have decided to make Anakin a bit older, closer to 16-18
River Phoenix as Anakin
Tim Roth as Obi Wan
