I haven’t listened to XM in years, the rise of CFB podcasts and the low value of what they broadcast made it pointless even for the drive home after a game.

He’s only there to add flavor to the show. He knows nothing about what actually happens on the field. Rick is a great listen and very measured about the world of college football.

The pony actually got his start working for Rivals, and way back in the day his shows focused on recruiting. He knew his stuff. Yeah, I think he can be over the top sometimes, but he is marginally entertaining. He and Rick have a good chemistry.

Rick does a good job of playing off that dude’s idiotic takes. I like Rick he has respect for and appreciates all of the different conferences and programs. I know people have been floating the idea of a commissioner of college football and have been saying Nick Saban but I think Rick would be a good candidate also.
