No electrolytes but I like Slate filtered milk coffee versions in the morning
90-110 calories, 20g protein, and 175mg of caffeine
Three flavors - vanilla, chocolate, caramel

Totally different taste profiles across electrolytes vs protein. Eat a caffeine chew if you don't like coffee.
ETA: Truenutrition allows you to build custom blends of proteins and greens, that's probably as close as you can get.

Mix sport drink in your protein and drink a coffee

Can't help you with an all in one, but you can get a protein Moonpie and mix creatine in an RC Cola Zero.
Don't know how bad this shite would taste, but would only cost you 270 calories. Only 14g of protein so not that much.

Depends on what you’re about to do I think, but I personally would go with just a plain protein isolate with milk, and then mix some coffee with it I made previously. You can add maybe a touch more sodium if you feel you need a little more of that.
Wouldn’t recommend this if you’re immediately about to do something physical due to the milk.
