As of now, how do you rank the team needs going into this offseason?

Way too early without knowing a few things, but we can discuss it anyway. I think this team needs a lot of things so some of these are splitting hairs.
1) RB
2) Guard (x2?)
3) WR
4) Pass Rusher
5) Safety
6) CB
Obviously we could use a little of everything talent wise, I just think we desperately need playmakers at multiple levels. We really could use a game changing RB, another WR, and the Guard situation is desperate. You could put Guard over RB quite easily as the need and I wouldn't say you are wrong at all

Gx2
D Tackle
WR
Then everything else.
Edited to say, this is not how I would draft. Get at least 1 guard in FA.

LB not on the list - we feeling good about Werner stutsman and stalbird? Or think DD keeps playing?

I think we find a way to keep DD, he’s been playing great and he’s a leader we need.

I am good with those guys, I just rarely see LB as a massive need anymore

I agree with the list other than I would put RB at the bottom of it. Not because the Saints don't need help there. But because it's easier to find capable RBs compared to the other positions and a team can have a good offense even without a "game changing" RB.

It seems to me like this has changed in recent years

I almost would rather see the Saints go after guards and free agency instead of having to draft.
But we've talked about it a little bit on here that maybe the free agent's available this off-season might not be worth throwing a lot of money at I don't know.
It just feels like a slippery slope these days drafting offensive line because the development at that position definitely takes time unless you just hit on a can't miss prospect.
Definitely need more juice at running back and at receiver.
And yet if we landed a really good pass rusher our defense could go from good to pretty good.

If we're still drafting around 8 or 9, there will be difference makers available and might not be one of those positions, which I agree with.
I'd grab some interior line help and some depth in free agency, maybe a solid WR if available. Then, I'm grabbing a stud defender with the first pick. I don't want to see our defense fall off when our older guys retire.
Beyond that, I'd prioritize the ones listed above.

1. GUARD!
2. GUARD!
3. WR (Vele would be a great #3 with Olave and another stud)
4. Edge (we've got Chase Young and a bunch of meh - no offense Cam)
5. DT (need a star here, not a bunch of pretty-goods)
6. RB (technically could be OK next year with Kamara, Neal, Estime or Miller).
Fortunately, guard is a position that can be filled in FA, I wouldn't draft in 1st round. Will be plenty of FA RB as well.
