Well there’s a reason for that
The 7 teams in the AFC playoffs right now are Den NE Jax Pitt Hou LAC Buff all 7 of those QBs were first round picks and aside from Rodgers top 12
Also Shough is older and didn’t exactly have great numbers in college, guys like that are called exceptions. If it works out for the Saints that would be awesome

This, more often than not --- they're brandon weeden. Weeden however threw for nearly 10k yards, completed roughly 70% of his passes, had 71 TDs to 26 INTs over his last 2 years in college.
That tells you what good situations change projections too.
