No matter where they end up.

Yep. Some of them are gonna frick around and end up in the Sun Belt just because their position coach left.

Most O Line coaches won't be as easy on them as Brad Davis.

some of them should be in the sunbelt

Spoke to one of the better lineman that everyone is wanting to stay here at lsu, last night at the game. He told me point blank they would love to stay at lsu but at this point it’s not up to them and hope lsu wants them back.

quote:OORRR, they are much better than we think and they'll likely perform better in a different situation. I think it's utterly ridiculous that LSU fans are stupid enough to believe 5, 6, 7, or however many OL are leaving, are all bad. There is no way people are this fricking stupid.
No matter where they end up.

Most of these guys have lots of potential and were offered by Bama, A&M, Texas, etc.. Like most OL coming to college they have never played against guys as big and strong as them and need to be taught the proper technique and skills to be successful. I would not be surprised if several of them turn into really good lineman down the road.

Exactly.. like all the major P4 programs missed on the evaluations of ALL of them. That's just insane.

With that many leaving, i'm thinking that they were told that competition was coming or they were told they were getting pay cuts. That many didn't jist decide to hit the portal on their own. Not with the season they've had.

The bidding war for Chester will be intense

They are in for some much better coaching, that’s for sure.
Some of these guys are going to play in the NFL and yall will be like wtf

Marshall Faulk should be all over them.

A few will turn out to be good in the right mix with the right coach. A couple may as well head to ULM. It’s not happening at this level.

Other than Curne, I’m not worried in the least bit about the others leaving. The whole line was a complete shiteshow all year.
