Can someone help me with Roblox?

My son received some Roblox gift cards for Christmas.. I’ve spent probably about an hour and a half fricking with this shite this morning, but I have no clue what is happening.
Back story - my son had a ‘main’ Roblox account on the phone for awhile that he always used. Once he started playing on Xbox he signed up for a new account on the console, but never provided an email, phone number, etc, so now apparently adding funds to his account is fricking impossible. I have no clue how to find out any of his info other than his username on Xbox. I’ve used the contact info for the Xbox account, Xbox live account, Microsoft, etc and I just can seem to make any fricking sense of this bullshite
Can anyone help me out? I have no clue what to do. I’ve added robux to the ‘wrong’ account (his old one) three times already. I don’t know what to do

Go to the Roblox website on a computer
Log in with his Roblox account that he uses on Xbox
He can use whatever account on Xbox just log in.
Redeem the cards on a PC or Internet rather than console. You will get bonus robux

I sussed out that it was voice being enabled for your kids more than anything else. My daughter plays Roblox, and apparently pays -0- attention to anything in the text chat. However, I spent about four minutes with audio setting up the Meta Quest we bought my son years ago, and was astonished at what I heard (playing as him) in the lobby. Not just teenagers shite talking, but a mix of enlisted language and clear grooming intros. This was in the lobby of something clearly aimed at under 16s.
