Going pro-H1B is a horrible approach in a place like OH.

People in a Rust Belt state like Ohio don't care about those endorsements. They’ve already lost a significant number of manufacturing jobs over the years, and seeing an Indian businessman openly criticize them while promoting foreign labor only adds fuel to the resentment. Vivek is toast IMO.
People keep bringing up how he made his money, and a lot of the memes are calling him ‘just another Indian scammer.’ They’re even comparing him to Martin Shkreli, saying Shkreli got punished for less than what Vivek did with his stock dealings.

IIRC Vivek made his money by purchasing failed drugs from big pharmaceutical companies on the cheap, rebranding them, creating hype and then cash out on IPOs. I don't think he has a successful drug under his name.
