High profile team with a lot high profile and high paying players. Every year full of hope and high expectations. Always starts out mediocre. Then there comes a Sunday/Night football game and they blowout their opponent. Every cowboy fan is happy again. The camera zooms in Jerry in the press box high fiving his son. Hope is restored. But they then go on a losing streak and eliminate from the playoffs. The last couple of weeks are meaningless games which they win and Dak gets to pad his stats. The fans wrongly get excited again and tell themselves “next year is our year”. Wash, rinse, repeat and I love watching their pain.

Basically the Texas A&M of the NFL

Even when they do make the playoffs they choke at home

JJ only pretends to care. It’s the most valuable franchise by a lot and will be that way for a long time.

You left off the part where Jerry starts the propaganda machine in June 2026 blowing smoke up our asses.

And like seals we all clap and buy in again.

Yet the Cowboys actually have championship trophies unlike the cup printers…

But why?

I don’t understand it.

I would never, before the season, legitimately mock LSU, or Georgia, hell even Auburn. Just wouldn’t put that energy out there when they could easily up and beat Alabama. Just doesn’t feel right to do.

But the Cowboys? They’re as harmless as it gets.
