politicians will always protect boomers, they are the ones who vote. Same reason social security will never be touched until the breaking point. When millenials are in their 60's they will get all the perks from politicians too.

SFP I dont know if you are a big gamer but Gamers Nexus also has a rather insane piece on what NVIDIA and others are essentially doing to move the personal computing market into leasing.

Young folks just going to have a catalogue of subscriptions in the next 10 years

That clip isn't as incendiary as all that.

Trump recognizes the desires of prospective homeowners and existing homeowners are obviously very different and wants to find a way to balance those needs.

I am not a fan of 50yr mortgages. But I do appreciate he is trying to find balance for both groups.

A. That's not necessarily a great system

B. What about that should insulate them from market forces and cause value reductions when the asset becomes clearly inflated for the market/the bubble pops?
