I was told he could be up next. I posted that info a couple of weeks ago. Got trapped on, of course.

Brennan is now crying about getting that female "Trump judge" in Florida. Aileen Cannon. So, he must think the hammer is about to drop.

Obtw, she isnt pro-Trump. She's pro-JUSTICE.

It's not as much that it's a nothingburger as much as it has major jurisdictional issues, and I imagine that will be litigated once an indictment is attempted.

I disagree with her on that, Baghdad Boob, but you just proved my point. She calls it like she sees it. That's why your boy Johnny Brennan doesn't want any part of her. The lifelong crook knows he's guilty as sin.

Remember when Jack Smith did the exact same thing to Trump by using a grand jury in DC to vitiate Trump’s attorney-client privilege for a case Smith ultimately prosecuted in South Florida?

Pepperidge Farm remembers.

Imagine a career Bureaucratic State Skunk accusing the current DOJ of judge shopping, particularly after the BS Trump and those around him had to endure with all the Democratic Socialist lawfare over the past 5 years.

What is the point in interacting with you when you were found to be the fricking meme when it comes to election interference?

Trying to seperate me from the intellectuals? One of THEM could mean anything. YOU said what is quoted and you have no evidence I am a part of THEM because you don't know what THEY are beyond disagreement with my post.

I already said you were one of them. You don't need to keep giving evidence to prove it.

Yeah, but you didn't define "them". Who is them? If you can't define it, you may be schizophrenic.

I'm really concerned. You think "them" is someone out to get you?

I would like to see Brennan fry as much as anyone.

Unfortunately, there is simply no case sgainst him that would make it to trial in SDFL. The 5-year statute of limitations has run and none of the alleged criminal acts occurred in SDFL.

From the letter, footnote 37 (this is very standard...no objective lawyer would disagree with this):

"When asked how they expect to work around the 5-year statute of limitations and establish venue in the SDFL for the prosecution of conduct involving an intelligence report that was issued almost nine years ago and produced by personnel in the Washington, D.C. area, they were equally unforthcoming.

The only reference to a criminal statute and to venue in our conversation with the prosecutors was to the allegation in a recent criminal referral by the Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee that alleges (demonstrably falsely) that our client violated 18 U.S.C. Section 1001 in 2023 by lying in his testimony before that Committee about the ICA (specifically about whether a batch of materials known as the "Steele Dossier" was used in the analysis in the ICA).

When asked how they could possibly find venue in the Southern District of Florida for an investigation of alleged false statements that were made in a congressional committee room in Washington, D.C., the prosecutors refused to answer."

[I haven't read the whole thread. I imagine that SFP hasn't pointed out the jurisdictional and timeliness defects.]
