Anyone in the Baton Rouge Region that makes snack sticks or jerky style sticks that are worth a damn?

I know stricks in Hattiesburg is awesome, but hard to justify a 2.5 hour drive each way.. looking for something similar

Days little sticks were not good...

Why not make your own as it’s super easy and cheap

I haven’t bought beef jerky at the store in years.

I picked up 24 packs of the honey BBQ ones from Petosky's that my youngest son killed a couple of weeks ago. We need to kill a few more does just for their meat sticks come to think of it.

Carters on cockerham road in denham. It’s the same guy who processed for Romero’s in central.

Full Rut Meat Shop in Walker makes the best snack sticks I've ever had. They are pricey, so it's the only thing I don't make myself. Every time I have got some from there they have been awesome. Had some from Tramonte's last week someone gave me and they were ok. Not terrible.

Kartchner’s Grocery and Specialty Meats in Krotz Springs.

On the way, stop off at Camille's for raw oysters and frog legs.
