The OT only considers an area strong if it has an influx of DR Horton or DSLD homes and a buccee’s.

Everywhere else is a shithole.

And they'll still have 16 lanes of bumper to bumper traffic doing 40 mph on 85...

Love they’re trying to update the downtown area. The stitch also is a fantastic idea and one I look forward to checking out. We’re already a very green, forested city but integrating more green spaces is just going to nudge things up a level. That’s a real dead zone between downtown and mid towns.

The trails project has potential to have a pretty significant impact on city limit demographics (young money!).

He was being sarcastic

Atlanta is a great city. The new developments going up around MBS(Centennial Yards) is going to really help revitalize downtown.

Sorry. This is not a RaginCagin03 post with a cut/paste/link and no intellectual commentary.

I really wish they'd just put their focus on trying to create freeways that don't go to the Atlanta loop. Whoever decided that 75 and 85 needed to cross in the city with 20 should be shamed forever.

Press X to doubt.

FLTech is a Trump supersolider and #1 Trump balldo washer. I'm certain he is seething over the mixed use developments and "mixed income" housing in the video.

Centenniel Yards is going to drastically change the area around the Benz and State Farm. It is going to be very similar to The Battery at Truist Park. I have been in the room with the development model on the conference table many times for work. It looks directly down into the construction area.

The 5th mega development they missed on the video is The Forge. It is about 1/2 mile south of Centennial Yards and will be very similar multi-use development. The developers closed on the 10 acre property this week. Look that one up.
