Aren’t the internal policy structures at these companies pretty much written with the goal of discriminating against straight, white, (Christian) males?

I mean, I would suggest that this is (and has been) the norm for decades.

Ironically, it is more akin to Jim Crow than anything else that has been put forth.

Had a good friend years ago who worked at the IRS. He was one of the only white dudes there. He was given a work load much higher then his counter parts. He was trashed by the mostly minority workers who could not execute their jobs. So he told them he was quitting and was going to sue them which he did and the Justice Department agreed and took the case. He won the case and he never told me the amount he got. Sad thing was the fools at the IRS could give a crap they just lost a work horse. The US tax payers payed the price.

Also the IRS does not require you to pass the CPA test so it is overloaded with morons who can't get a job at one of the big CPA firms.

Just look at any company Mckinsey consulted for.

I've ironically only lost one job I've applied for and it was to another white male... who I do think was a better fit than me.

That said these companies have willingly been discriminating.

Every corporate, institutional, and governmental policy like DEI has been adopted with a primary purpose of lowering birth rates amongst whites.

Well each case will have to be investigated and some will go to court and some probably won’t.

This is what the EEOC does and has been doing.
