Has anyone ever experienced this injury? If so do you have any recommendations for rehab etc?
Been struggling with this since April of this year. It’s never been extreme pain but seems to heal extremely slow and easily aggravated.

Yes, to years ago I started struggling, and still do, with that pain.

Started a thread on here asking for suggestions once it got really bad and one user suggested the WristWidget. Bought one off amazon, had it two days later and within a week my wrist was feeling better. Could not believe how much it helped.

I still have it and wear it from time to time when it starts to flare up but I wore it every day for like three weeks when I got it and it helped big time. I used it a few times golfing but it messed with my wrist action and through me off a little so I would take it off when I played.

Hope it helps! I would just stick with wearing it, I didn't sleep with it on but during the day I kept it on almost all the time. Now I just wear it as needed. Which is normally after golf

Do you play on the Golfweek Am tour as well? Couldn't remember the username of the other person on here that did. Season kickoff is at Stonebridge 3/7!

I had that for almost 6 months. The only way to fix it is COMPLETE immobilization.

I had a tfcc injury a couple years ago. Used the brace with a little hole in it at night when I slept, and wore a compression wrap when I played. It didn't heal until I got a corizone shot in it. That solved it really quickly and it hasn't come back.

Yea forgot to put that in my first post. Simulator or grass mats have become a no no for me. Magnifies the pain quite a bit.
