Laying the groundwork for MUH hidden files!
What could be left out

Two federal judges — in Florida and in New York — have already ordered grand jury transcripts to be unsealed, citing the recent law.
But the law includes certain carveouts, raising questions about how much new material will be released in the coming days. A congressional investigation into Epstein has produced troves of file on the disgraced financier in recent months as well.
quote:
The law specifies the documents required to be released: “All unclassified records, documents, communications, and investigative materials in the possession of the Department of Justice, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation and United States Attorneys’ Offices, that relate to Epstein.”
quote:
The new federal law also requires all information to be released on “government officials, named or referenced in connection with Epstein’s criminal activities, civil settlements, immunity or plea agreements, or investigatory proceedings.”
The legislation says any immunity deals, non-prosecution agreements, plea bargains or sealed settlements provided to Epstein or his associates must be released — along with any internal documents related to the decision to charge, not charge, investigate or decline to investigate Epstein or his associates.
What could be left out
quote:
The Epstein File Transparency Act allows Bondi to withhold or redact documents that “would jeopardize an active federal investigation or ongoing prosecution, provided that such withholding is narrowly tailored and temporary.”
Trump, last month, ordered DOJ to investigate ties between certain Democrats and Epstein.
quote:
House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-N.Y.) and Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) — who introduced the initial legislation — are among those who have expressed concern that Trump’s investigation could serve as a pretext for the DOJ to withhold certain documents otherwise mandated by the bill.
The federal legislation also includes carveouts for Bondi to withhold images of death, physical abuse or injury of any person, as well as any information that would personally identify victims.
Under the legislation, all redactions must be “accompanied by a written justification published in the Federal Register and submitted to Congress.”

But of course... *this* is the hoax of it all, it'll never be enough, it'll never be settled.

They’re not going to be happy no matter what is released

They still won't care about the 12 year old but they will be gleeful over getting him.

Where Larry Summers’s is concerned, it has already been settled. So the idea that it’s a hoax and nothing will come from this has already been shown to be bullschitt.
Moar incoming.

Or will start stonewalling the release and try to flip the script in order to "protect" the victims
Better yet, they will try saying that the release is insensitive to victims and was all a political move to attempt to harm Democrats "falsely"

Didn't Jeffries get caught soliciting funds from epstein after he had been convicted of raping a 14 year old?

Yep!

Only way the clown possee will be happy is if there is a video of Drumpf banging a 12 year old.
Might be true, but don't include Massie in that. He has stated often that he doesn't think anything in the files implicates Trump criminally.

If Massie was so concerned why did he give trump complete control to redact whatever he wanted? Couldn’t be that Massie is just an attention whore could it??

Hard questions people never answer. Thought Florida passed a bill that was supposed to release all files, did that never happen?
