I would guess decades from now, people will look past the crazy leftist think going on in Hollywood and still be watching and enjoying his creations. Only a handful of people will even remember who Loomer was.

I know people out there on the periphery of the movie business. According to them, Nick Reiner is not particularly unique in his addiction status and his lashing out and destroying property. These are rich kids with a lot of free time and the show biz life is all that they know.
Plus there are vultures who prey on these kids by plying them with drugs in their teen years. Pills and coke. Half of these kids get hooked basically for half price or at an extreme discount until they are strung out. Then the real price starts to show itself both financially and beyond. Same in NYC

Yeah, the psychology behind why rich idle kids use drugs isnt difficult, I suspect its a difficult trail to navigate with permissive and often absent parents.
