Not only that but I quit doing the game Bowl Pick Em because of this. It's pointless now.

I didn’t either this year. And that’s sad. Because bowl season is my favorite time of year.
Loved doing the research for the matchups in our pickem

Teams that are 6-6 that won their final game of the regular season are usually the way to go unless paired against another 6-6 team

Words of wisdom. What makes a team strong are the top players, and if they opt out thinking about the NFL draft and not risk getting injured, then you're getting a watered down product.
