Terror Attack at Bondi Beach Australia

Two 'people' dressed in black with rifles attack Hannukah gathering. So far about 12 killed, number of casualties expected to rise.
This is what I woke up to this morning. Here's Tousi TV covering this incident. First police on the scene couldn't stop the attackers because they weren't armed. Prayers out for all of the innocent victims.
One of the shooters id's as a Pakistani, the other is thought to be from Afghanistan.

The Australian government is blaming Iran for this. It makes me wonder about the shooting at Brown yesterday.

Now it's being reported that explosives were found in one of the suspect's cars nearby in Sydney.
I'm wondering if this is coordinated with the Brown & attack on our troops in Syria.

I can somewhat understand police not having a gun on their person, but if they responded in a vehicle I could never understand not having a weapon in their vehicle

A couple of things:
1. This shooting took place a block away from a police station
2. At one point in the cell phone video I watched you can see a squad car pass by them as they continue to unload on people on the beach.
3. The shooting went on uninterrupted for 11 minutes.
4. At least one of the shooters was disarmed by an unarmed civilian.

In an active shooter situation any cop/responder first on the scene should be armed. And yes their patrol vehicle should have

How any police go about doing their job unarmed is a mystery to me. Just because law abiding citizens can't own guns doesn't mean the criminals will follow suit.
