Dart and Shadoor are not playing at his level and the media loves them.

Dart plays in NYC and Sanders is famous. Shough was a relative nobody in college and is on a nationally irrelevant team. Ward was the #1 pick but he's on an irrelevant team so nobody talks about how shitty he's played.

Weird, I actually feel like he’s getting more than usual praise considering we suck and he hasn’t had a crazy game yet

Dart and Shedeur have played at a high level and are much younger and more well known. Shough will have to do a lot more to catch those 2 in hype.

High level and Sanders, haha good one. Dude was down 31-17 to the worst team in the league. Got garbage yards and lost. Retire his jersey

For all the Shuckster homies there are also plenty negatives he brings to the table. You just refuse to see it.

Shough has had better games than Dart and Shadeur. Shadeur had a good yardage game last week but had a poor completion rate.

What the heck? You can't just badmouth our franchise QB like this without giving a single example of one of these "negatives".

Dart and Shedeur were both draft darlings. Most football fans know who they are and so it is easy content to discuss how they are doing early in their career.
Shough was unknown to fans who do not follow the NFL, draft, or college extensively.

If by hype, you mean his hall of fame dad said he was going to be a top 5 pick and then fall to the 5th round? Then yes.

They’ve definitely had better performances at times than Shough. Shough has perhaps been more steady but Dart and Shadeur have had some big games.

48 year old rookie on a small market losing team with no signature win in prime time

Nope. Shough’s game against Carolina was the best game by a rookie this year when you include completion percentage and QB rating.

He had two good runs. Win some more games and people will care.

Cause only Saints fans think he is the messiah? Hasn’t even played a full season and he is being praised for beating teams under .500.

People can list reasons why two of them get national media love.

The other is in the 50th tv market on a 3-10 team. He has the same amount of touchdowns as interceptions. I’m a Saints fan and couldn’t pick him out of a lineup. Not sure why anyone would think he would get as much rotation as the other two.
