I think Anderson could carve some time in. The edge guys are a little trickier. We have Reliford coming back, but who’s on the opposite side? We’ve recruited a bunch of guys there. Plus the portal’s always an option.

What's our depth like at the safety position? Have to think one of the guys we signed contributes early.

Probably the QB. No wait, RB. Wait no, LB. Jk we didn’t sign any at those positions.

But likely Anderson and most WR’s

We have guys like Shanklin and Cobbins who are talented. U less they look for a more experienced player in the portal

It would be nice to see Cobbins, CJ Jackson and Shanklin get some run in the bowl game. Young edges. Shanklin looked really promising in mop up duty earlier in the year

I know a few players will follow LK from Ole Miss. might one come from there? Womack played for LSU and may have transferred because of BK. I wouldn’t mind him coming back.

Of course, since the DC is now their HC, the defensive guys may stay put if they are happy.

R. Anderson for sure.
Lamar Brown maybe not significant but will get snaps.
T. Henderson on the edge (not significant but will get snaps). I think we get an experienced edge in the portal though. Need to replace Pyburn position.

Will be a monster, even as a freshman. Needs to get in a little better shape so he has the endurance, but he's got the strength, size, and mean streak to play interior DL as true frosh.

Think the entire defensive line will have an impact. Richardson, Geralds, Brown, Henderson should all see playing time. We will finally have a deep Defensive line.

Yeah glad we didn't have to play Stingley in 2019

If the entire team is Freshmen then yes. But you 100% win Championships playing Freshmen. Justin Vincent was a Freshman and won the SEC Championship and National Championship game MVP. Laron Landry that same year led the team in Tackles and was the reason we could place Travis Daniels at the corner opposite Corey Webster.

Chad Jones was a key contributor on the defense in 2007.

Derek Stingley Jr. was the best DB in football in 2019.

Well, considering Ramos is gone, Burrell handles KO….and w/o bringing in any scholarship kickers (which it doesn’t look like we are doing) placekicking duties come come down to Corbello and Perret. Corbello has pedigree at the position and was very solid HS Kicker. Perrett has put in some great work and really taken a jump this past year, both in accuracy and length. If he somehow beat out Corbello for the starting position then Perrett is the answer.

We had one this year, so this will be two years in a row.

Anderson should see some meaningful snaps throughout the year. I'd assume Cooley will end up getting a good bit (considering injuries on the OL are bound to happen).

We did not have a deep defensive line. We had a rotation but it was limited. It was deep.
