I think a special census would be legal... without looking it up, I believe that the census must be conducted no less than every ten years- nothing keeping it from being more often or a special one off.

My absolute biggest complaint for months and still today!

You have a majority in Congress! Pass a law that requires us citizenship to be counted in the census. If you lie and are caught, you are immediately deported.

Democrats have 3 reasons to import illegals.

A census of only citizens will cost blue states a lot of house seats. A lot....

If California wants a count of actual persons, they can do it on their own.
