That’s sweet.

Where do you get your kits?

I get some of my kits locally at a shop called Hub Hobby on Airline drive in Metairie, I get some off of Amazon and I also use a online retailer called Sprue Brothers.

I started on it in August, and I usually only work on it on the weekends, and not every weekend... if I had to put an hour mark on it probably around 40 hours.

Man, that brings me back to my childhood. We had an A-10 base in my town I would see them flying around several times per day. They were sometimes low enough to see the pilot wave at us!

Way back in the mid 1980s when I worked in Lafayette, La, the Air Force guys from Alexandria use to do A10 touch and goes a lot at the Lafayette airport.. Brings back fond memories.

I used to hang with warthog pilots at England when I was a kid. I love those planes.
