Man, you are gonna need a lot bigger enclosure than a chicken tractor for a hundred birds!
Chicken tractors are for someone who wants to raise three hens and a rooster.

Well, he did mention he'd want to build multiple tractors in his post, so there's that.
Now, that would be damn near a fleet of chicken tractors by the time he's done............

For that amount of chickens just build one big coop and run.

Those are for meat birds, who grow to butcher weight in 6-8 weeks.
If you want that many birds and want them to still be happy and layimg eggs you're gonna have to go much bigger.
I have 50ish and they are in 2 separate 8x8 coops, and each have a run that is 30x50. Some are escape artists and free range.
You would need like 10 chicken tractors.

You won't be able to build it out of wood unless you overbuild it to be pulled with a tractor. I raised 25 broilers in a 8x8x3 tractor. Make sure you put hardware cloth on it and not just chicken wire. I ended up running over 3 birds near their processing time because they just don't move. Those days, I would just process the one and skin it and piece it out before work.
I don't have a picture of it online that I can link to.
