I have not heard anything but I guess that is normal in the middle of recruiting signing days.

Yep… that’s the rumor !!

Clears the way for Orgeron if Tulane doesn’t hire him as HC.

He’s a multi millionaire with a great family living on a damn good golf course and a scratch golfer. Somehow I think Kyle is going to be just fine.

He sold his house at Squire Creek, he will have to build a new one.

I believe to a certain former LSU golfer and recent Ryder Cup member.

Just another hobby for a guy. Part of the culture problem under Kelly.

How do you know it was a hobby for him? You talked to him and asked? Just a dumb comment

This is an example of why elite former NFL players rarely work out as college coaches.

They don’t need the money and get burned out on the grind.

Quit talking out of your arse

Williams was one of the good ones on stuff. Dealing with BKs shite probably added to him wanting to be done with coaching

What makes you think he didn't work out? Our Dline even with a couple of starters injured, played very well this year. For one year of coaching at LSU, I was very pleased with our interior dline work.

Flynn and Hester were talking about this on the radio and sounds like this wasnt the case with Williams at all. Said he told them the LSU schedule wasnt much more than he had at Ruston when he got here and he sounded kinda surprised/disappointed by that. Maybe he's burned out on BK half assing things.

I don't mean from an ability stand point. I think he did fine as a coach.

But they don't normally last long term because they don't need the job, and college football coaching is a grind and recruiting sucks.
