haslem's scoring will stay low, but he will have to be the rebounder and will make up for marion and beasley's absence

we all know amare won't do it

chalmers
wade

amare
haslem/anthony

it depends on what change they get in return to fill depth and the 3. if they put cook at the 3 that's a small, scary lineup offensively

I agree, even at UCONN he wasn't assertive enough all the time, but man he has some talent.

he really doesn't try at all to score and still puts up 20/game

But away from the Phoenix talk, honestly Stat and D-Wade will average close to 60 ppg together...not sure if they have enough around them to become a contender in the East, but they'll definitely be relevant.

they could definitely become a contender in the east next season with that core. this year i think the 2nd round of the playoffs is their best case scenario even with amare

Rudy Gay as a 2nd scoring option would be unreal. His skillset is too sick.

Gay is the second scoring option in Memphis right now.

i think he'd play. the person he didn't like the most was amare.

this trade makes sense for all parties. mayo beasley would be a good young nucleus.

I would assume put him at the 4 and try to make a push for the playoffs and honestly the Suns would be pretty good this year with nash, richardson, gay, marion, and the diesel...now if they were 10 games out of the playoff picture, he may have been a buyout candidate.

conley
mayo
x
beasley
gasol

maybe they make a run at odom for like $7-8M per. a guy like diaw or odom would work well as a non-scoring 3/4 to put next to bease

well if they want to put marion on a 3 defensively, gay has, and will, slide to the 4

with o'neal there i think you can afford to have two sf/pf at your 3 and 4 slot.

i'd let gay play 3. he's a better shooter.
