The individual he's complaining about wasn't pardoned. His sentence was commuted. He's still being sued and will likely still pay restitution.

The plan is the same as Trump's first term. Throw up as many obstacles as possible to prevent him from making any real change. And once again, so many "conservatives" are assisting the democrats through inaction or outright hostility towards Trump.
