Good time to bring Rob Sale home

He has a ton of college and NFL experience. Had a couple of all Americans on the line at Florida in his short time there. Know as a relentless recruiter too. He’s an LSU guy and knows the state.
Our OL has been a problem for years now. Not that long ago it would’ve been unthinkable that our team could be pushed around. That’s what’s happened the last few years. We’ve got to get the physicality back and it starts on the OL.

I agree…. He’s an LSU guy and has ties to North Louisiana, he would be a homerun hire in a position we definitely need it at!

He’s been at Florida. He knows how to develop kids. He has made more with less than what we’ve recruited. Caden Jones out of New Orleans was a 3 star who played really good started 11 games this year. Played better than our tackles for sure.

Shop is gone and in January of 2024 Bob passed away. The funeral was the last time I saw Rob.

Man I hate hearing that.... Bob was good people..stopped in there a ton..sometimes to look around but always nice shooting the shite w a great tiger fan!

Sadly he has passed. I was in his shop a few days before 1-9 debacle. Rob was on the Alabama staff at the time, but his dad told me he would be pulling for LSU. He just couldn’t bring himself to pull for Bama even with his son on the staff.

Mr. Bob passed away about 2 years ago. We would see him out a lot and visit him and his wife. His wife Sandy is such a sweet soul. Sadly, his shop closed but he was so proud of Rob. That would be a homerun hire to bring him back!

LSU needs to hit the portal hard for O-lineman and turn them into road graders. I don't care what the coach's name is, if he does that.
