At least Coach O went 6-2 as interim. Golding hasn't done anything to deserve full-time head coach

They are going all in on winning this season. Any kind of coaching search would be a huge distraction. Golding gives them the most stability this year. Who knows what he does after this year but they aren’t thinking about that right now.

He strikes me as a giant slapdick who is a solid coordinator. Not sure how that’s going to translate to being a HC

It's more like the Matt Luke situation again just a defensive coach instead of offense this time.
