I’ve been supplementing 5 grams a day and it has produced some of the most positive outcomes from any supplant I’ve taken. It’s seems to have really helped with my mental focus and my energy level is up a notch and well sustained.

Seems like it helps you stay hydrated too, in terms of getting good cellular H2O absorption. I might just be talking out of my arse but that’s the impression I get.

It puts a few pounds on me but the benefits are worth it. H&F board has good discussion on this.

Yes. I take between 5-10 grams per day. When just starting g out, I took 10 grams because the muscles are hoarders of creatine, leaving little for the brain. Once the muscles are saturated, the other areas of the body start getting the benefits.

Several studies have shown cognitive benefits. It has been shown to basically offset sleep deprivation from a brain function standpoint, which is remarkable. It has also been shown to help with depression.

Yes, but I upped mine to around 12-14g and it's helped my mental clarity and energy throughout the day. I have mom doing it as well and she says how much it has improved her mood at work.

10-15 grams a day everyday. Mentally sharper and better workout recovery. I'm 48 and in the gym 4-5 days a week. I believe in creatine and it works. It that simple.

There are quite a few studies that it’s beneficial for old geezers like myself who just hit the big 60. I’m pretty active and can most definitely feel more energy and endurance when I take it.

Why does the acid used to precipitate the creatine out of solution in the manufacturing process matter?

Yes 10g but inconsistently (probably remember 3-4 days/wk) maybe that's why I haven't ever noticed any effects

I have no idea where that lie was created/perpetuated but I have a beautiful grill.

Disagree.
