One of the dumbest things about social media is that it has made it so easy for these wannabe local reporters spew every little bit of conjecture and half-baked inside info that they hear.
The actual reporters are hearing the same things they are, if not more, but they know how to vet what's bullshite and what is airtight.
The Lonn's of the world meanwhile are trying so hard to gain clout that they just say anything and don't understand why people are pissed when what they reported doesn't come to fruition.

He’s not really doing that fwiw. But yea the beauty of being a local guy on YouTube is you can have a bit more fun with something that’s 99% done. He’s given all the “hasn’t signed yet” qualifiers
