$400,000 if he wins the SEC championship. ($150,000 for just making it)
$250,000 for any non-semifinal playoff game
$500,000 for a semifinal appearance
$750,000 for a finals appearance Or
$1,000,000 for winning it

“It’s not about the money” - Lane

With the money he will make for his next contract, that shouldn't be a problem.

LSU has backed a Brinks truck in his yard, and you think he is trying to make a measly 400k?

Realistically, you are talking about 500,000. You think that’s what this is about? He sees an opportunity I front of his face and an opportunity for the future. He’s trying to have both. There’s nothing wrong with it. We should all be so lucky.

Lane sweating 400k when lsu has a 100 million contract offer. That’s a slap in the dick to lsu

Why not make that quick 400k right before you leave for the brinks truck?

It is not the money. It is the trophy and finishing what he started.

Exactly he has to make it. Not play in it. Hold off till 9pm then announce. Common god damn sense

I have to disagree with you. He already has millions. If you have ever been a coach you would understand why he wants to coach this team as far as they could make it. It’s his team that he put together and as a coach you want to be part of what you created. Timing is the problem here. Early signing day is the culprit here. It’s in four days and you have to be able to tell a recruit who will be coaching him.
