Why wouldn't he announce it to them Monday if that was the case and fire them up all week to prepare?
He willingly let distractions be possible for two weeks while they are preparing, only to tell them 10 minutes before the game? Doesn't make much sense to me.

Look guy most of tge important players are just like him. I. Sure last year they played there last game knowing they were leaving for another team.
Point is its a lot different now with coaches and players. Media is making a big deal out this. But if offered millions they would change jobs in a heartbeat.
