They already have an announcement scheduled for this Saturday. He’s only coaching them in the playoffs if he’s staying. If he is going to LSU he isn’t coaching them in the playoffs. It’s that simple.

if he is leaving, I want him to still coach the playoffs, but only if he is announced as LSU's coach first, so the high school commitments can know who their coach will be on signing day.

Coaching in the playoffs and making an announcement are two different things.
I could see him coaching in the playoffs if OM allows. If he’s leaving OM an announcement must come this weekend for recruiting and portal purposes.
