Who takes FLOMAX?

When I took it I didn't know it had the side effect of you ejaculating basically air. Nothing comes out I had to Google I figured I had some tumor or something and would be dying soon. I got off that stuff it was a strange feeling.

I took it for years before I had laser prostate surgery. I still went several times per night. I was on it because of enlarged prostate and not able to empty bladder. To tell you the truth I don't think the Flomax did much good.

Same. It was just weird. Stopped taking it . I dont think it was helping the night pissing either

I take it. Life changing. I piss way fewer times per day. Also if I was dehydrated it would cause a sharp pain when I would finish pee’ing before. No pain now.

I took it for a cpl years with zero side effects. It seems it did slow down the frequency some, but I still have to piss alot. I sleep through the night now. I recently changed to another med though

If y’all are having symptoms that are significantly effecting quality of life, can look into Aquablation procedure. Urologist can do a cysto/urocuff beforehand to see if you’re a good candidate.
Once again, the overall healthier you are (Diet, exercise, low processed sugar and such), the better your urinary symptoms are going to be. Flomax is good but does cause some dizziness and retrograde ejaculation.
In the grand scheme of things, it’s weighing the balance of how much does it bother you, are there less invasive ways you can try to manage this, and surgery is a great option according to your answers above.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm going to ask my urologist about this. I take Flomax because of an enlarge prostate and while it it does make it easier to pee, I'm still getting up like every two hours or so to urinate.

Here. Haven’t had any real issues with frequency. Just easier to pee and steady flow.
