He’s been trying to unfrick a city and parish that have been destroyed by incompetent, lazy, and corrupt retards for the better part of a decade. He’s doing the best he can but his budgets are extremely tight.

He answers to Woody Jenkins I'm told, who put Sid forward because he was unelectable himself.
He pushed for the big library tax renewal that failed - so that was a big early loss for him.
Not quite sure how he/Woody are doing on other fronts.

Tried to steal Parish wide collected taxes for the benefit of the City of BR and got denied. Citizens of BR are responsible for the City of BR. The entire Parish tax collection base is not your piggy bank to rob from.

Who is actually the Mayor/President of Baton Rouge? Is it the guy that was elected by the people or the Mayor of Central who thinks he is the Mayor-President. I am confused on who is really running things in this parish.
