2025 Coaching Changes Cup™ Nominees

Welcome Friends.
We are still early in the Coaching Carousel, the best season in college sports. The playoffs are cool and all but they don’t provide nearly the drama, suspense, excitement and general dumbassery of coaching searches. It’s time for us, the ones who decide who wins and loses, to make our nominations for winners of the Cup.
Anyone can win. It can be a coach (ie Lane Kiffin for picking up a massive bag), a school who makes a sneaky great hire, a power broker (ie Sexton for playing multiple colleges, even NFL teams potentially, like fiddles), posters (folks who drop the spiciest sauces or completely baseless retardedness) or melters (individual or fan bases who end up broken by the cycle). Literally anyone or anything can win. The choice is yours. And the power to decide starts here.
Get your nominations in this thread and when Chicken announces this board is coming to a close, we will count the votes and announce our winner. Stay tuned to see who will will the prestigious award.

I nominate myself for the Arkansas Hot Board Thread.
I have consistently kept it updated with pertinent information, making it a go to place for the Arkansas coaching search. It stands in stark contrast to the 30 threads a minute about the LSU search where there’s no order, only chaos.
At this moment, the OP has a magnificent ratio at 34 upvotes to 4 downvotes. Sitting at 161 replies, it’s one of the largest threads of the cycle.

I humbly accept my nomination for most moderately balanced lurker-commenter. I'm sure you all have numerous questions, but I must first address the rumors before kicking off this press conference.
I will not be answering any questions on the rampant speculation of contacts between myself and switching full time the OT board. To do so would be an insult to this board's members, our unprecedented success, and this site's record traffic. I'm simply proud of what we've built right here in this moment.
Chicken has NOT directly told me to my face anything about a deadline. I am here to make this board better in all aspects, to grow all posters into better members of the board and life. I am focused on the news of the Lane Kiffin hire, wherever and whenever that may be, and then I will be focused on the postseason with hires at arkansas and Penn state. I am absolutely, one hundred percent going to be posting next year, and I love this specific board. With all that as non-commital and clear as mud, I will now take questions.
