I shot a 97.

I’ve been grinding and taking lessons to get better. Started playing seriously again at the end of August and was shooting 110+. Ive played 8 rounds since 8/31. My last three rounds were 103, 105, and 101. Finally did it today. Next goal, 90.

Thanks! I had some ugly 3 putts on the back nine, otherwise it could have been 94-95!

I haven’t broken 100 yet but i shot a 46 on the front 9 the other day. All i played was 9. Its a great feeling to get there after grinding. This is a true score too. No mulligans.

Dude a 46 is awesome! You’ll definitely break it soon if you keep playing like that. It felt really great to do it today, I’ve been close my last few rounds

Thanks man. Congrats to you also. I finally been able to chip consistently and I got fitted for my wedges which I think made a big difference. Congrats again.

Awesome, congratulations. Get those putts under control and that short game clicking and your scores will drop quickly.

Is that the third law of Golfodynamics?

First law: golf balls aimed at trouble will go straight.

Second law: no amount of profanity will alter the flight of a golf ball.

Thanks! Yeah I plan on working on the short game next. This was my 4th weekend in a row I’ve played, and my wife was already giving me a hard time. It might be a few weeks before I get back out there.

Hopefully I can hit the range a couple times to stay sharp.

Not to discourage you but that statement will never not be applicable no matter what you score 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's, etc.

All joking aside, congrats on the milestone....you'll be in the 80's before you know it....enjoy the journey!
