Guy is so calm even after some devastating and boneheaded turnovers. Told his star RB to "calm down" and gave him a half-hug after a brutal fumble and then next offensive play dude responds with 87 yard (likely) game clinching tuddy

At this point I’d rather have Dillingham. Dude is young and has already shown he can coach. Also, he comes with no baggage.
