Why would the AD even say something like that? There’s no “decision” he even makes. Kiffin is under contract. It would be Kiffin making a decision to end his contract not the AD firing him

Seems like Tigers are getting strung along like a HS recruit would do and wait on decision. CLK is waiting on outcome of Egg Bowl and CFP playoff decision, I think if they win and get in he stays if they don’t, he leaves because losing and not getting in playoff will burn some I unrepairable bridges
