I kinda agree. I mean, what could he do though? He may be listening to offers, but that doesnt mean hes leaving. So im not sure what he could say, or if he should say it. Its unfair in a way...he didn't ask for this.
Sure, he can be an absolute dick, say hes staying, and end up leaving anyway.
OM just should chill. Let him leave so u dont have to pay huge money, like you would if youde fire him.
