I wanted to ask which PPSA program I should do next month to be able to increase my max for bench and squat. Which do you recommend as I love to lift, getting nice pumps, and growing my compound lifts.

I can't imagine doing programs that have such gay names.
Just be consistent, workout hard, lift heavy and eat whole foods.
If that isn't good enough just get on 2 grams of test week, 800mg Tren week, and 50 to 100 mg of dbol a day. If that doesn't work then add in hGH. If that doesn't work you might as well give up.

of the ppsa programs, prolly silverback or strongville.
but ppsa is more about slow steady progress
if you want you maxes to go up, run a westside template, if you dont have a ton of experience run a modified max effort meso-cycle using the brief max tension method using jumps and throws for the dynamic work.
other than that, just stick to the ppsa adding 5lbs for upper, 10 for lower every month.

i mean they are well written barbell plans, nothing crazy, just basic simple barbell training. they certainly are not designed for drive max effort lifting though.

I know what you're talking about, just think it's funny going "let's start with something simple like a modified max effort meso-cycle"

Either reverse pyramid, 10/5/3/1or RSR (Russian Squat Routine)
Let me add, unless you’re in a high school or college football lifting program, there is no reason to do something just to increase a max. Ego lifting is not good lifting. Some of the strongest people I know have no clue what their true max is fwiw.

nSuns 5/3/1 program. I did the 4-day for entirely too long (2-3 years) and my maxes exploded. I've now dialed back to lifting heavy 3-days/week with various PPSA programs. My gains are slower but my CNS isn't in the dirt all the time now.
